About the role
Aruba, an HPE company, leads next‑gen network access solutions. The Presales Engineer provides technical guidance, designs end‑to‑end network architectures across AIOps, Campus, SASE, Data Center and Routing, and delivers demos and workshops to drive customer transformation. Bengaluru, India, hybrid (2 days onsite).
What you’ll do
- Provide technical guidance and leadership in solution design
- Act as trusted technical advisor in deal pursuits
- Design network architectures across multiple domains
- Deliver technical presentations, demos and workshops
- Partner with account managers to translate customer problems
- Support RFP/RFI responses and proof‑of‑concepts
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Mentor junior team members
What you’ll bring
- 4-7 years networking or presales experience
- Hands‑on tender management
- Experience with Government, BFSI and enterprise customers
- Expertise in at least one domain: AIOps, Campus, SASE, Data Center, Routing
- Proven design of end‑to‑end enterprise networks
- Executive‑level customer communication
