What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and validate safety‑critical embedded software
• Lead full SDLC for avionics applications
• Translate system requirements into software specifications
• Define architecture, design, and verification strategies
• Create and review test plans and validation procedures
• Ensure compliance with aerospace certification standards
• Collaborate with systems, verification, certification, and program teams
• Mentor engineers and drive process improvements

What you’ll bring

• 12+ years embedded software development
• 8+ years DO-178/ARP4754A certification experience
• 6+ years ARINC 429/AFDX/ARINC 653/ARINC 615A protocols
• 8+ years software verification and validation
• 7+ years deriving software requirements
• 6+ years C++ development
