What you’ll do
- Design, build, and maintain Copilot Studio agents
- Gather business requirements and translate into conversational AI solutions
- Monitor agent performance and optimize user experience
- Extract, transform, and validate data from multiple systems
- Develop recurring and ad‑hoc operational reports and dashboards
- Establish data governance and reporting best practices
- Standardize processes and drive automation initiatives
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and present findings to leadership
What you’ll bring
- 6-10 years operations or data analytics experience
- Managed 1-5 employees
- Hands‑on Microsoft Copilot Studio agent development
- Developed operational metrics and KPIs
- Experience with Certinia or Salesforce
- Power BI dashboard creation
- Exposure to Tableau
- Worked with global, US‑based stakeholders
