What you’ll do
- Manage end-to-end global onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems
- Execute HR operational tasks with high accuracy
- Generate reports, trackers, and dashboards
- Support audits and compliance requirements
- Act as power user of HRIS and troubleshoot issues
- Respond to employee inquiries and ensure positive experience
What you’ll bring
- 4-5 years HR Operations experience
- Global onboarding/offboarding at scale
- HRIS platforms (Workday, BambooHR, Rippling, HiBob)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
