Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager, ADAS/ESC Design and Development

About the role

The Assistant/Deputy Manager defines system requirements, collaborates with suppliers, conducts functional validation tests, and benchmarks against competitors. Based in Gurugram, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Define and manage ADAS/ESC product component and system requirements
• Collaborate with system suppliers to meet specifications
• Perform system and vehicle functional validation tests
• Benchmark ADAS and ESP functions against competitor vehicles
• Prepare functional requirement specification documents
• Conduct protocol testing (EUNCAP/JNCAP)
• Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 functional safety standards
• Support cybersecurity considerations for ADAS/ESC

What you’ll bring

• 3-8 years system engineering experience with ADAS functions
• B.E./B.Tech degree
• Python, Embedded C, MATLAB Simulink proficiency
• CANoe, CANalyzer, dSpace Control desk, Carmaker, Vires VTD usage
• Knowledge of camera, radar, ultrasonic sensor based assistance systems
• Familiarity with diagnostic protocols UDS, KWP
• Exposure to ESP/EPS and ISO 26262 functional safety
• Experience with ADS tools for test data/video analysis
