About the role
Quality department at Gravita India Ltd. oversees copper recycling plant quality systems, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, customer specs, and environmental regulations. The manager leads quality control, audits, SOP development, and continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with production and maintenance teams. Based in Mandvi, Gujarat, India, on-site role with reporting to Plant Head.
What you’ll do
- Develop and oversee plant QMS policies
- Ensure compliance with specs and regulations
- Lead raw material and product quality inspections
- Conduct internal and external audits
- Maintain ISO 9001 standards
- Drive continuous improvement and CAPA programs
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams
What you’ll bring
- B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience 8-15 years in quality management for copper recycling or similar

- 8-15 years quality management experience
