About the role

Solutions Engineering team at Vyn builds AI‑powered workflow platforms for deskless workers. The Business Analyst discovers customer processes, maps workflows, designs solution concepts and supports workshops and demos to drive digital transformation. Remote, India (New Delhi)

What you’ll do

• Conduct business process discovery to understand customer objectives
• Analyze operational workflows and identify digital transformation opportunities
• Translate business problems into solution requirements and scalable product concepts
• Develop process flows, storyboards and value propositions
• Support customer workshops, product demonstrations and proofs of concept
• Bridge Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Delivery teams

What you’ll bring

• 2–5 years business analysis or solution consulting experience
• Experience with SaaS, cloud platforms or digital workflow solutions
• Customer discovery, solution design, demos or proofs of concept experience
• Strong process‑mapping and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
