About the role
Salesforce Business Analyst role bridges business needs and Salesforce delivery, focusing on eliciting, documenting, and managing requirements across Agile and SOW-driven projects. The analyst leads workshops, collaborates with stakeholders, and ensures solutions meet business objectives while leveraging standard Salesforce functionality.
What you’ll do
- Gather, analyze, and document Salesforce-specific business requirements
- Develop user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and process flows
- Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and backlog refinement meetings
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support SOW-driven projects
- Validate solutions through UAT and recommend Salesforce-native improvements
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years in software development lifecycle
- 6+ years as Business Analyst
- Experience in consulting with SOW-based engagements
- Strong Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud knowledge
- Proficient in BRD, FRD, process mapping, UML, user stories
Nice to have
- Salesforce Admin, Business Analyst, or Cloud Consultant certification
- Exposure to Health Cloud or healthcare domains
- Knowledge of Health & Life Sciences consulting
