Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce)

About the role

OpenGov seeks a Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce) in Pune to configure, maintain, and improve Salesforce and integrated GTM systems. Responsibilities include admin, CPQ, automation, data management, DevOps, security, Agile support, and documentation. Requires 3-5 years Salesforce admin experience, strong ecosystem knowledge, proficiency in point-and-click tools, experience with NetSuite, Marketo, Outreach, LeanData, Gong, and Salesforce certifications. Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, Business, or related field. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and independent teamwork skills.

What you’ll do

• Manage users, roles, profiles, forecasts, territory, permission sets
• Configure Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, CPQ, NetSuite
• Build automation with Flows, Lightning App Builder, approvals
• Configure and support Marketo, Outreach, LeanData, Gong
• Deploy AI facilitated development
• Perform data migration, cleaning, validation, duplicate management
• Use Git/DevOps for environment management
• Ensure data governance, security, Shield compliance
• Resolve support tickets, contribute to Agile ceremonies
• Document processes and configs in Confluence
• Communicate with cross-functional teams

What you’ll bring

• 3-5 yrs Salesforce Administrator experience
• Strong Salesforce/SaaS ecosystem knowledge
• Proficient in point-and-click config/customization
• Experience with NetSuite, Marketo, Outreach, LeanData, Gong
• Independent and cross-functional team collaboration
• Excellent problem-solving and communication
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Business, or related field
• Salesforce Certified Administrator; Advanced/AI certs a plus
• Knowledge of Apex (good to have)
