About the role
CANPACK Group’s Warehouse/Transportation IT team drives the transformation of warehousing and transportation processes using SAP S4/HANA, EWM, WM, and ECC. The Business Solutions Analyst supports the Business Solution Lead by gathering detailed business requirements, designing technical solutions, and ensuring successful deployment of system changes. The role involves system testing, data migration, user training, and post‑implementation stabilization, with on‑site support in Pune and occasional travel up to two weeks.
What you’ll do
- Analyze business needs and design SAP solutions
- Document processes and prepare progress reports
- Execute testing and support UAT
- Participate in data migration and validation
- Create training materials and deliver in‑person training
- Provide hyper‑care support during Go‑Live
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years SAP WM/EWM experience
- Strong SAP ECC/S4/HANA knowledge
- MS Office, JIRA, Power BI proficiency
Nice to have
BS/BA in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Logistics
