About the role
Global Credit Finance (GCF) Loan Operations at State Street provides operational support for loan products. The Senior Associate services credit facilities, processes cash transfers, reconciles accounts, and leads knowledge management initiatives. Bangalore, India, on-site, hybrid shifts including nights.
What you’ll do
- Process principal, interest and fee transactions on loan accounting system
- Initiate cash movements via internal transfer and Fed wire/SWIFT
- Reconcile general ledger and demand deposit accounts
- Analyze and resolve exception items
- Maintain letters of credit and interest/fee logs
- Provide client support and respond to queries
- Drive knowledge management, SOP maintenance and training
- Motivate team members and ensure compliance
What you’ll bring
- 8-10 years loan operations experience
- General accounting knowledge
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
