About the role
Muthoot FinCorp Branch sales team drives customer acquisition and micro‑market growth for loan products. The Branch Sales Officer generates leads through cold calling, builds relationships with referral partners, and manages end‑to‑end loan processing and cross‑selling of insurance. Based in Eluru, works on‑site at the branch office, coordinating with the Branch Business Manager and supporting customers throughout their journey.
What you’ll do
- Identify and acquire new customers in assigned area
- Develop and nurture referral partner network
- Conduct daily sales calls and manage lead pipeline
- Guide customers through loan application and processing
- Cross‑sell insurance products to loan customers
- Maintain soft bucket collections and early mortality targets
What you’ll bring
- 1-4 years sales experience
- Proficiency in local language and English
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Business development and cold‑calling experience
