About the role

BLG – Relationship Manager – Business Banking Group (BBG) is a senior banking role focused on managing and expanding relationships with high‑value SME clients in India. The incumbent will drive revenue growth through loan enhancements and cross‑selling of a broad product suite, including insurance, trade services, forex, liabilities, and LAP. Responsibilities include targeting EEG businesses with turnovers between ₹25 crore and ₹100 crore, maintaining an average acquisition ticket of ₹10 crore, and achieving a revenue generation target of 2‑2.5% of disbursement. The role requires deep expertise in asset book expansion, fee income optimization, and leveraging branch networks to source new business. The manager will also spearhead customer loyalty programs, personalized engagement strategies, and industry association partnerships to sustain long‑term client retention. Strong analytical, communication, and relationship‑building skills are essential for success in this dynamic, high‑impact position.

What you’ll do

• Enhance revenue via loan enhancements & cross-selling (insurance, trade, forex, liabilities, LAP).
• Focus on high-value SME clients for long-term engagement and retention.
• Target EEG businesses with turnovers ₹25-100 crore.
• Maintain average acquisition ticket size of ₹10 Crs.
• Achieve revenue generation target 2-2.5% of disbursement.
• Increase asset book & fee income through higher processing fees & product offerings.
• Leverage branch networks and other channels to source new business.
• Increase penetration of self-funding products and build industry association connections.
• Implement customer loyalty programs and personalized engagement strategies.
• Regularly assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
