Senior Technical Account Advisor

About the role

BY seeks a Senior Technical Account Advisor to manage enterprise customer portfolios in Bangalore or Hyderabad. What you’ll do

• Own portfolio of enterprise customers and ensure SLA adherence
• Manage customer escalations and drive remediation plans
• Conduct business reviews and track customer consumption metrics
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities for sales teams
• Collaborate with internal departments for issue resolution
• Mentor team members on TAM responsibilities
• Provide feedback to Product Management based on customer interactions
• Maintain customer reference status and satisfaction scores

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree required
• 13-16 years experience in supply chain domain
• Minimum 2 years as TAM or similar role
• SaaS technology landscape understanding
• Retail, Supply Chain, or Logistics knowledge

Nice to have

• ITIL service management framework experience
• Strong project management and consultative skills
• Experience managing critical issues with senior management
• Excellent verbal and written communication
