About the role

Transaction Advisory Services (Technical Accounting) at Kroll provides commercially focused accounting advice across the deal continuum, from pre‑deal accounting complexities to post‑close financial reporting. The Senior Consultant prepares client deliverables such as opening balance sheet progressions and accounting memorandums, resolves complex technical accounting issues, and supports global teams in London and New York while building a network of key relationships. New Delhi location, hybrid work model (Hybrid).

What you’ll do

  • Prepare client deliverables including opening balance sheet progressions and accounting memorandums
  • Assist clients with complex technical accounting issues and provide commercial solutions
  • Build and maintain global internal and external relationships
  • Collaborate with Financial Due Diligence, Tax, Valuations teams on accounting matters
  • Support wider team in London and New York on client projects

What you’ll bring

  • Chartered Accountant
  • 3-5 years post‑qualification accounting experience
  • Experience with ASC 606/IFRS 15, ASC 718/IFRS 2, ASC 805/IFRS 3, ASC 842/IFRS 16, ASC 480/ASC 815/IFRS 9
