Senior Associate, Employee Central

About the role

PwC Advisory – Employee Central team helps clients implement and optimize SAP Employee Central solutions across multi‑country environments. The Senior Associate leads design workshops, configures core HR processes such as Time Off and Benefits, and ensures integration with S/4HANA and payroll systems. Based in Kolkata, on‑site role with occasional travel as needed.

What you’ll do

• Configure and customize Employee Central modules
• Create and manage absence time types and accounts
• Lead integration design with S/4HANA and third‑party payroll
• Develop data migration strategies for employee data
• Provide guidance on best practices and compliance

What you’ll bring

• 4+ years experience in Employee Central implementations
• Hands‑on experience with Time Off, Position Management, and Employee Life Cycle
• Lead design workshops for multi‑country clients
• Knowledge of platform‑level integration with S/4HANA and payroll
• Understanding of regional labor laws for Time Off
