Enterprise Data & Analytics team at First Citizens India drives data remediation, quality, and API integration for Finance and Regulatory Reporting. The Associate Director leads a cross‑functional India‑based team, owns MDM delivery lifecycle, and ensures alignment across business, technology, and governance. Based in Bangalore with a hybrid work model, the role offers leadership in a global banking environment.

What you’ll do

• Own MDM delivery lifecycle
• Translate business requirements into technical deliverables
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts
• Prioritize backlog and manage sprint planning
• Ensure data quality and root cause analysis
• Validate API payloads and integration logic
• Develop dashboards for data quality metrics
• Communicate status and insights to executives

• 15+ years in MDM and data remediation
• Strong SQL and data validation
• API integration (REST, JSON)
• Salesforce data integration
• BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
• Stakeholder management
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Experience with MDM SaaS platforms
