Global Vendor Management organization at AT&T drives AI-enabled, automation-driven operating models. The Associate Director translates senior leadership direction into transformation roadmaps, automation programs, and governance frameworks, leading cross‑functional teams from concept through adoption and sustained value. Gurgaon, India, on-site role with 40‑hour week, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute transformation roadmaps and automation programs
• Lead cross‑functional teams from assessment through implementation and adoption
• Partner with finance, product, engineering, and data teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions
• Establish governance structures, metrics, and value‑realization frameworks
• Identify new capabilities and business opportunities across geographies
• Build organizational capability and leadership depth within the CoE

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years leading enterprise transformation and automation initiatives
• Proven experience in telecom product and operations lifecycle (Q2C, O2C, P2P)
• Strong financial acumen in revenue protection, cost avoidance, and benefit realization
• Demonstrated ability to design and scale AI, analytics, and process‑mining use cases
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams and stakeholder alignment
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, Power BI, and enterprise workflow platforms
