Associate Director, Enterprise Transformation

About the role

Enterprise Transformation Office at GSK drives large‑scale change across functions and geographies to accelerate digital, data and agile initiatives. The Associate Director leads design and delivery of enterprise transformation programmes, builds business cases, manages budgets, risks and benefits, and engages senior sponsors to ensure governance. Based in Bengaluru with a hybrid model (regular office collaboration and remote flexibility).

What you’ll do

• Lead design and delivery of enterprise transformation programmes across functions and geographies
• Build and manage business cases, budgets, timelines, risks and benefit tracking
• Engage and align senior sponsors, maintain governance and escalation routes
• Coach and lead a team of transformation professionals
• Apply digital, data and agile approaches to accelerate change
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear plans and decisions

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 10-15 years leading large transformation programmes
• Proven programme delivery experience (planning, budgeting, risk & benefits tracking)
• Strong senior stakeholder and cross‑functional collaboration
• Practical knowledge of digital transformation, data and agile approaches
• Clear communicator who can simplify complexity
