About the role
Data Center Capacity Delivery Asia-Pacific Controls Deployment and Service (DCCD APAC CDS) team ensures health of AWS data centers across APAC by deploying and servicing building automation systems. The Controls Engineer designs, installs, and supports BMS and EPMS solutions, manages vendors, and resolves operational events while meeting SLA targets. Hyderabad, TS, IND, on-site work model.
What you’ll do
- Deploy data center control systems on schedule, managing vendors
- Deliver critical automation upgrade projects
- Provide service and support, diagnosing and resolving visibility and resilience events
- Meet SLA targets for task resolution
- Improve data center efficiency and operational procedures
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience designing and deploying control systems
- Experience with power management and monitoring systems
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Windows OS
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at Amazon scale
- Willingness to travel domestically or globally
