Control System Engineer, Project & Control System Upgrade

About the role

Control System Engineering team at Eram Talent designs and upgrades industrial control infrastructures for oil & gas and energy projects. The engineer leads control system design, manages upgrade projects from planning through commissioning, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety and compliance. Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, on-site, with travel to project sites as required.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement control system solutions
• Coordinate upgrade projects through commissioning
• Perform risk assessments and ensure safety compliance
• Collaborate on system requirements and specifications
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and validation
• Prepare technical documentation and reports
• Provide on‑site technical support

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Control Engineering
• 15+ years in control system engineering
• Experience managing DCS/ESD upgrades for Saudi Aramco projects
• Proven project management of large motor replacements
• Strong MS Office skills
