Specialist - Implementation

About the role

The Wholesale Banking team seeks a Specialist-Implementation to manage the deployment of new cash management products for corporate clients in Navi Mumbai. This role involves leading implementation projects, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring successful client adoption through training and support. The position is based on-site in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

What you’ll do

• Lead the implementation of new cash management products and services for wholesale banking clients
• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and successful implementation
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for each implementation
• Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders, including clients and senior management
• Identify and mitigate any risks or issues that may arise during the implementation process
• Provide training and support to clients on new products and services
• Continuously review and improve implementation processes and procedures

What you’ll bring

• 5-10 years of experience in implementation
• Any graduate or post graduate degree
