About the role
CIS Testing Team at Mastercard ensures financial institutions are synchronized with Mastercard messaging. The Specialist, Implementation acts as central contact, providing testing support and guiding customers through end‑to‑end processing implementation projects. Based in Pune, India, on‑site work model.
What you’ll do
- Serve as central point of contact for customers throughout processing implementation projects
- Provide testing support for Mastercard products and services
- Guide customer processing support staff on implementation activities
- Manage multiple key customer implementation projects in parallel
- Define, create, maintain and document implementation processes
- Deliver training to CIS, other Mastercard groups and customers
- Interact with customers and management to ensure successful integration
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Exact Sciences, Business or equivalent
- Expert understanding of network topology and project implementation
- Strong knowledge of payment transaction processing and ISO 8583/20022
- Experience with API testing
- Knowledge of Authorization, Clearing and 4‑party model
- Excellent verbal and written communication for teaching environments
- Ability to drive change and multitask across projects
