About the role

What you’ll do
- Execute product implementation tasks per project requirements
- Configure accounts, branding, permissions, templates, and settings
- Support integration setup, user onboarding, and data imports
- Partner with internal teams to complete launch tasks on time
- Track implementation progress, dependencies, and blockers
- Validate work against documented requirements and standards
- Maintain accurate implementation records and documentation
- Assist with internal testing, QA readiness, and launch coordination
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years SaaS implementation or operations experience
- Experience configuring software platforms from requirements
Nice to have
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing, or real‑estate tech platforms
- Experience with integrations, data imports, and account setup
