Hexnode Implementation team drives seamless deployment of unified endpoint management and security solutions for global enterprises. The Implementation Specialist designs scalable architectures, leads end‑to‑end UEM/MDM/RMM deployments, and provides expert technical advisory to IT leaders, ensuring secure, high‑quality rollouts. Bengaluru, India, on‑site role with shift flexibility to support international clients.

What you’ll do

• Partner with sales and technical teams to design secure, scalable solutions
• Lead end‑to‑end deployment of UEM, MDM, RMM, and Patch Management solutions
• Act as trusted technical advisor to IT directors and stakeholders throughout onboarding
• Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to influence roadmap
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges during deployment
• Ensure precise configuration and execution of Hexnode security suite
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of cybersecurity trends and endpoint management
• Manage customer expectations and deliver timely, valuable implementations
