About the role

Package Implementation Team at LTM LIMITED builds and deploys ServiceNow solutions to streamline IT service management. The Specialist designs, develops, and implements ITSM and CMDB packages, creates integrations, and crafts UI components using modern web frameworks. Works on-site in Hyderabad and Pune, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver robust ServiceNow implementations.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop and deploy ServiceNow solutions for ITSM and CMDB modules
• Implement and customize ServiceNow workflows, scripts and UI components
• Create integrations with external systems using web services and plugins
• Develop UI mockups and web components using React/AngularJS
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful package implementation

What you’ll bring

• 5-15 years overall experience
• 6 years ServiceNow experience
• 2 years ServiceNow CMDB Asset Management experience
• Hands‑on design, development and deployment on ServiceNow platform
• Implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset)
• Proficient in ServiceNow scripting, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with React or AngularJS frameworks
• Integrations with third‑party tools via SOAP, email, DB connectors
