About the role

Package Implementation team at LTM LIMITED focuses on delivering end‑to‑end Dynamics 365 solutions across multiple Indian cities. The specialist designs, configures and customizes D365 CRM, integrates third‑party systems, and builds PowerApps, PowerBI and Microsoft Flow reports while directly engaging customers to resolve pain points. Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Noida, Pune – on‑site work model.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement D365 solutions
• Configure and customize CRM modules
• Integrate third‑party applications via APIs
• Develop PowerApps, Flow and PowerBI reports
• Conduct customer‑facing workshops and support
• Lead agile delivery cycles
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues
• Document solutions and best practices
