ServiceNow ITOM team at LTM LIMITED focuses on delivering robust IT operations management solutions. The Specialist designs, develops, and deploys ServiceNow ITOM-Service Mapping, CMDB, and CSDM frameworks, while leading a team to resolve discovery issues and integrate ITSM modules. Hyderabad, on-site role with a collaborative environment.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop ServiceNow ITOM solutions
• Implement ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset
• Configure and maintain CMDB and CSDM frameworks
• Create custom patterns and scripts for ServiceNow
• Coordinate with infrastructure teams to resolve discovery issues
• Lead and mentor a team of developers

What you’ll bring

• 5-15 years experience
• ServiceNow ITOM-Service Mapping expertise
• Proficient in ServiceNow scripting and custom pattern creation
• Strong knowledge of CMDB and CSDM 4.0 frameworks
• Experience with Service Maps and discovery issue resolution
• Team handling and communication skills
