About the role
ServiceNow Platform team at LTM LIMITED focuses on delivering robust Service Portal and Employee Service Center solutions. The Specialist designs, configures, and deploys ServiceNow widgets, integrations, and customizations, collaborates with customers and delivery teams, and leads demos and requirement reviews. Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune – on-site work model, with occasional remote collaboration.
What you’ll do
- Develop and deploy ServiceNow widgets, UI policies, and data policies
- Configure Service Portal and Employee Service Center integrations
- Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues
- Demonstrate features and use cases to stakeholders
- Participate in SCRUM ceremonies and project meetings
What you’ll bring
- 5 years ServiceNow development experience
- 3+ ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP/MID Server
- Service Portal to Employee Service Center migration experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ServiceNow Implementation certification
Nice to have
SailPoint IIQ integration experience preferred
