About the role

The Senior Quantity Surveyor prepares BOQ and cost estimates, reviews shop drawings, coordinates with stakeholders, and ensures compliance with IRS/IRC/IS and international codes. What you’ll do
- Prepare detailed BOQ and cost estimates for change of scope items
- Review and verify shop drawings against specifications
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to gather requirements
- Ensure compliance with material and code specifications
- Maintain accurate cost databases and reporting
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years BOQ estimation experience
- Proficiency with Bluebeam, Cost X, AutoCAD or equivalent QS software
- Strong knowledge of IRS/IRC/IS and international material codes
- Experience with bar bending schedules
- Shop drawing review and stakeholder coordination
Nice to have
