About the role
WSP Engineering team seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor specializing in Electrical works. The role involves detailed quantity take‑offs, cost planning, value engineering and maintaining cost databases for complex construction projects. Based in Noida with hybrid work model and support for Bengaluru collaboration.
What you’ll do
- Prepare detailed quantity take‑offs for Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting trades
- Develop quantities for cost plans at various project stages and support value engineering
- Review contract specifications and drawings to identify discrepancies
- Maintain construction cost data and produce variance reports
- Manage departmental records and documentation
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Professional registration with RICS or CIOB
- 8-10 years of quantity surveying experience in consulting or contracting
- Proficiency with CostX/Estimator, ACAD and BIM
- Experience leading a team of 4-6 resources
