About the role
Surveying team at WSP India delivers accurate quantity take‑offs and cost data for complex construction projects. The Senior Quantity Surveyor prepares detailed take‑offs for MEPF trades, supports value‑engineering studies, maintains cost databases and leads a small team of 4‑6 resources. Bengaluru, India, hybrid work model (flexible onsite/remote).
What you’ll do
- Prepare detailed quantity take‑offs for all trades from drawings
- Develop quantities for cost plans at various project stages
- Review contract specifications to identify discrepancies
- Assist in value‑engineering assignments
- Maintain construction cost data and variance reports
- Lead and mentor a team of 4‑6 resources
What you’ll bring
- 8-10 years quantity surveying experience in consulting or contracting
- Proficient with CostX/Estimator, ACAD and BIM
- Strong analytical and social skills
- Computer literate with spreadsheet and database tools
