Quality Manager/Director
About the role
Quality Manager/Director responsible for designing and governing the Quality Management System for US Healthcare RCM operations, ensuring ISO 9001 compliance, driving Six Sigma and Lean initiatives, leading audits, managing CAPA and risk registers, monitoring KPIs, collaborating cross-functionally, ensuring HIPAA compliance, training staff, and setting strategic vision.
What you’ll do
- Own the Quality Framework: Design, implement, and govern the end-to-end Quality Management Framework tailored for US Healthcare and RCM operations.
- Maintain ISO Excellence: Lead the certification and maintenance process for ISO 9001 to ensure global industry standards are met.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Execute Six Sigma and Lean projects to systematically reduce claim denials, rework, and turnaround times (TAT).
- Lead Audits: Act as the primary lead for internal, external, and client-facing audits, ensuring high levels of audit readiness at all times.
- Manage Governance: Oversee the CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) process, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and maintain comprehensive risk registers.
- Monitor Performance: Establish and report on key quality KPIs, including Accuracy, Compliance, Productivity, and Defect Rates.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Operations, IT, HR, and Security teams to align quality goals with broader business objectives.
- Ensure Compliance: Guarantee total alignment with HIPAA, PHI security protocols, and international data privacy standards.
- Training & Mentorship: Conduct specialized quality training, review SOPs, and foster compliance awareness programs across the organization.
- Strategic Vision: Define the long-term enterprise quality strategy and deliver high-level performance insights to the executive board.
What you’ll bring
- ISO Lead Auditor certification is mandatory.
- Six Sigma Black Belt is mandatory.
- 8–15+ years of experience in US Healthcare, RCM, BPM, or IT services.
- Expertise in US Healthcare regulations and proven track record of managing complex client audits.
- Demonstrated leadership in driving large-scale quality transformation and process improvement initiatives.
- Superior documentation skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable executive reports.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to manage and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Experience supporting US healthcare payers/providers (preferred).
- Exposure to SOC, HIPAA, or healthcare compliance audits (preferred).
