About the role
Financial Control, Regulatory Reporting & Taxation department at IDFC FIRST Bank ensures accurate internal and external reporting under Indian GAAP and Ind‑AS. The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst prepares bank financial statements, annual reports, and regulatory disclosures while coordinating with auditors and RBI. Based in Mumbai, on-site role, collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to maintain robust reporting practices.
What you’ll do
- Prepare financial reports per Indian GAAP and Ind‑AS
- Assist in annual financial statements and cash flow preparation
- Provide data for Annual Report sections and audit committee notes
- Coordinate with statutory auditors and ensure RBI compliance
- Conduct analytical reviews and peer comparisons
- Support GL controls and special financial projects
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce
- CA (Chartered Accountant)
Nice to have
7+ years financial reporting experience in BFSI
