About the role

Finance & Accounts team at IDFC FIRST Bank drives accurate financial reporting for the bank and NBFC operations. The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst prepares and finalizes quarterly and annual statements under Indian GAAP and Ind AS, ensures compliance with RBI, SEBI and Companies Act regulations, and coordinates audit processes. Works closely with internal teams and auditors to compile regulatory filings and board presentations. Mumbai office, on-site work model.

What you’ll bring

• Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 5-10 years post‑qualification experience
• Bank or NBFC financial reporting experience
• Expertise in Indian GAAP and Ind AS
• Familiarity with RBI reporting and circulars
