What you’ll do
- Provide functional support for Workday Financials
- Troubleshoot issues and perform root‑cause analysis
- Support month‑end close and reporting processes
- Maintain support, testing, and process documentation
- Support user training and adoption initiatives
- Evaluate requirements and recommend system improvements
- Enhance reporting, controls, and user experience
- Identify automation and AI improvement opportunities
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years finance systems or ERP support
- Bachelor's degree in business discipline
- Workday Financials or similar platform experience
- Knowledge of financial close and reporting processes
- Experience with system enhancements, testing, releases
- Customer‑focused stakeholder support
