About the role
Senior Manager – Financial Reporting leads the end‑to‑end Record‑to‑Report function, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial statements across multiple entities. The role bridges transactional accounting and management reporting, overseeing statutory, internal, and regulatory audits, maintaining IFRS compliance, and driving process automation. It requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder communication, and experience with ERP systems, especially NetSuite, in a multinational, multi‑entity environment.
What you’ll do
- Oversee statutory, internal, and regulatory audits
- Ensure balance sheet integrity and timely reconciliations
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Maintain compliance with IFRS and draft technical whitepapers
- Act as primary contact for FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and business teams
- Resolve audit observations and close control gaps
- Document processes, controls, and accounting policies
- Manage intercompany accounting and eliminations
- Support global consolidation of multiple entities
- Identify and implement automation opportunities
- Support ERP upgrades and system migrations
- Partner with upstream teams to resolve reporting data issues
What you’ll bring
- 8-10+ years in public accounting, financial reporting, or controllership roles
- Chartered Accountant or CPA certification
- Deep knowledge of Record-to-Report and IFRS/GAAP
- Proficient with ERP systems, especially NetSuite
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience in multinational, multi‑entity environments and audit exposure
Nice to have
- Background in technology, payments, or fintech sectors
- Experience with global consolidation and intercompany accounting
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting across multiple jurisdictions
