About the role

Financial Control, Regulatory Reporting & Taxation team at IDFC FIRST Bank ensures accurate and compliant financial disclosures. What you’ll do

  • Prepare financial reports per Indian GAAP and Ind‑AS
  • Assist in annual financial statements and cash flow reporting
  • Compile data for Annual Report sections including MD&A and Governance
  • Draft notes for Audit Committee and Board submissions
  • Coordinate audit activities with statutory and internal auditors
  • Liaise with stakeholders for RBI compliance and Long Form Audit Report
  • Conduct analytical reviews and peer comparisons
  • Support GL controls, monitoring, and special financial projects

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce
  • CA (Chartered Accountant)

Nice to have

Master's degree in business administration (preferred)
