HCM Solution and Integration Architect

About the role

Haleon’s HR Technology team builds a unified, scalable HCM platform that empowers employees and managers across the employee lifecycle. The architect designs end‑to‑end solution and integration architectures, simplifies the integration landscape, and governs standards for Workday and other HCM tools. Based in Bengaluru Campus 31, the role is on‑site with a focus on enterprise architecture and stakeholder alignment.

What you’ll do

• Own end‑to‑end solution architectures for HR capabilities
• Apply business capability‑based architecture to guide system fit
• Lead rationalisation of HR integration landscape
• Define and govern integration patterns and standards
• Act as trusted architecture authority on Workday and other HCM tools
• Guide standardisation vs. extension decisions
• Contribute to architecture governance forums and design reviews
• Translate complex architecture into business narratives for senior stakeholders

What you’ll bring

• 12-14 years solution/integration architecture
• Deep hands‑on Workday experience (Core HR, Talent, Learning, Integrations)
• Enterprise architecture principles (capability modeling, platform strategy)
• Simplifying large, fragmented integration landscapes
• HR data domains and integration patterns
• Global regulated enterprise experience
• ServiceNow HRSD, IAM/PAM, middleware familiarity
• Formal architecture governance participation
