IT HCM Solution Architect

About the role

Weatherford International’s IT HCM Solution Architect team in Mumbai drives Oracle HCM Cloud design across Core HR, Talent, Compensation, Absence, Time & Labor, and Benefits to support a major enterprise transformation. The role leads solution architecture, integration with Oracle ERP, and governance, collaborating with HR, IT, Finance, and implementation partners. Mumbai, On-site, 3 days per week, with travel to other sites as needed.

What you’ll do

• Lead Oracle HCM Cloud solution design across Core HR, Talent, Compensation, Absence, Time & Labor, and Benefits
• Design scalable HCM solutions aligned with business and technology needs
• Ensure integration with Oracle ERP and other enterprise systems
• Act as link between HCM and ERP implementation teams
• Support proof of concepts, solution design, testing, deployment and post-go-live activities
• Document solution architecture, data flows and integration requirements
• Provide guidance to project teams, consultants, vendors and senior stakeholders
• Support solution governance and Oracle Cloud best practice

• 12+ years experience
• Strong Oracle HCM Cloud expertise
• 3+ full lifecycle implementations
• Oracle HCM Cloud certification preferred
• Oracle Integration Cloud experience
• Oracle ERP Cloud knowledge
• HCM Extracts & Data Loader skills
• REST/SOAP API integration
