About the role

What you’ll do

  • Design, develop, and deploy Oracle Fusion HCM integrations
  • Build and maintain inbound/outbound interfaces using OIC, REST, SOAP
  • Develop SQL queries, BI Publisher reports, and OTBI analyses
  • Lead technical troubleshooting and performance optimization
  • Manage data conversion, migration, and mass updates
  • Support Oracle Cloud updates and regression testing
  • Evaluate and implement AI‑driven automation use cases
  • Collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT stakeholders

What you’ll bring

  • 6-8 years Oracle HCM Cloud experience
  • Hands‑on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • REST and SOAP API integration
  • HDL/HSDL data loads
  • Complex SQL and BI Publisher reporting
  • Experience with multiple HCM modules
