Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant, ADP Integration

About the role

Oracle Fusion HCM Technical team at Birlasoft builds and supports integration solutions between Oracle Fusion HCM and ADP Payroll. The role designs, develops, and maintains OIC, REST/SOAP, and file‑based integrations, creates Fast Formula, HDL/HSDL, and reporting assets, and provides production support. Pune, India, hybrid work model (as per business requirement).

What you’ll do

• Develop and support Oracle Fusion HCM technical solutions across modules
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations with ADP Payroll using OIC, REST/SOAP, and file transfers
• Create and maintain Fast Formula, HDL/HSDL, data migration scripts, and reporting assets
• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs
• Troubleshoot integration and production issues and perform unit and system testing
• Prepare technical design documentation and support knowledge transfer activities

What you’ll bring

• 5-10 years Oracle Fusion HCM technical experience
• Hands‑on OIC integration development
• Fast Formula, HDL/HSDL, Spreadsheet Loader expertise
• REST and SOAP API implementation
• File‑based integrations (SFTP/FTP)
• BI Publisher and OTBI reporting
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
