About the role

Oracle HCM Technical team implements and supports Oracle Fusion HCM solutions for enterprise HR operations. The role designs, configures, and customizes modules such as Core HR, Absence, Payroll, and Benefits, builds Fast Formulas, OTBI/BIP reports, and develops integrations using HCM Extracts, SOAP/REST and OIC. Bangalore office, on-site work model, hybrid options not offered.

What you’ll do

• Implement and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules
• Design and conduct CRPs, SIT, UAT and end‑user training
• Develop Fast Formulas and OTBI/BIP reports
• Build and maintain HR integrations and data loads
• Provide technical support and optimize batch jobs
• Collaborate with project managers, SMEs and technical teams

What you’ll bring

• 6-12 years Oracle HCM Techno‑functional experience
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Absence Management, Payroll, OTBI, Compensation
• Hands‑on Redwood UI, VBCS, Data Masking
• Fast Formula, HCM Extract, BIP, HDL, HSDL development
• Configuration, testing and issue resolution skills
• Stakeholder management and documentation abilities
• Data migration using HDL/PBL
• Develop HR integrations via SOAP/REST, OIC
