The HCM Payroll Consultant leads payroll and HCM solution implementations, designs and configures payroll components, and ensures statutory compliance. Bengaluru office, on-site work model, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end payroll and HCM solution implementations
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Design and configure payroll components including earnings, deductions, taxes, benefits, and absence plans
• Provide functional expertise on payroll processing and reconciliation
• Ensure statutory compliance

What you’ll bring

• 10-20 years payroll and HCM implementation experience
• Proficiency with Oracle HCM
