About the role
Quest Global's Process Excellence team drives data‑driven problem solving and Lean Sigma improvements across the Bengaluru delivery center. The Senior Process Analyst mentors Green Belts, leads internal audits, and develops QMS and ISO 9001/CMMI frameworks to enhance quality and project maturity. Bengaluru, India, on‑site work model.
What you’ll do
- Drive data‑driven problem solving
- Interact with customers to understand requirements
- Implement Lean Sigma process improvements
- Train and mentor Green Belts
- Identify improvement opportunities and quality objectives
- Conduct RCAs and data analysis
- Plan and execute internal audits per ISO 9001/CMMI
- Prepare quality reports and dashboards
What you’ll bring
- 5-7 years total experience
- 2 years QA/internal auditing
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Basic knowledge of QMS ISO 9001 & CMMI
- Process improvement methodology
- Mentoring root cause analysis
- Proficient in MS Office and QMS tools
- Green Belt certification preferred
