About the role
Quest Global's Operations team drives quality and process excellence across its engineering services. The Senior Process Analyst leads data‑driven problem solving, mentors Green Belt teams, and implements Lean Sigma improvements while managing internal audits and QMS compliance. Bengaluru, India, on‑site role with occasional travel for customer audits.
What you’ll do
- Drive data‑driven decision making and change initiatives
- Interact with customers to capture requirements and meet KPIs
- Lead Lean Sigma projects (DMAIC, DMADV, Kaizen)
- Train and mentor Green Belt participants
- Identify process gaps and conduct RCA analyses
- Monitor and control Quality Management System
- Plan and execute internal ISO 9001 and CMMI audits
- Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and audit documentation
What you’ll bring
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 QMS standards
- Understanding of process improvement methodologies
- Mentoring in root cause analysis and continuous improvement
- Experience with audit preparation and documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office and QMS tools
