Senior Analyst, Process

About the role

This role invites a seasoned analyst to join our Indore team, focusing on process performance and data-driven improvement. The Senior Analyst will manage transition calls, stabilize day‑to‑day operations, and lead data collection, analysis, and reporting. Leveraging tools such as Power BI and Smartsheet, the analyst will identify bottlenecks, automate reporting, and design custom metrics to support strategic initiatives across billing and vendor payables. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 1‑8 years of Macros experience, and intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Smartsheet. Strong analytical, time‑management, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and in teams. Growth mindset and optional VBA, Python, or SQL knowledge are valued.

What you’ll do

• Collect, analyze, and interpret process performance data.
• Identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Streamline data processes and automate report generation using Power BI and Smartsheet.
• Collaborate with supervisors to integrate data for reporting.
• Support design of custom metrics and ad hoc reports.
• Provide data-driven insights for strategic initiatives.
• Validate data to maintain integrity.
• Participate in meetings to share insights and progress.
• Recommend process changes for continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring
