About the role
CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join its fast-growing IT Applications team. You will design, build, and maintain first-class ServiceNow solutions, translating business requirements into well-architected workflows, integrations, and data migrations while supporting the platform’s ITSM and domain-specific modules. The role involves code reviews, testing, stakeholder collaboration, incident handling per SLAs, and mentoring team members. This is a remote position based in India.
What you’ll do
- Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migrations for ServiceNow features, applications, and projects
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the ServiceNow platform
- Design and develop a reusable workflow framework and continuously improve manual processes
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality and appropriate design patterns
- Execute test plans to ensure quality solutions are delivered
- Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration across development, testing, and deployment
- Provide detailed estimates and work breakdown structures for assigned tasks
- Handle incidents per published SLAs, maintain required maintenance tasks, and address system issues impacting SLAs or platform health
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- Typically 5+ years of IT Service Management / ServiceNow experience
- At least three years of software development and two years of ServiceNow application development
- Good understanding of the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administration (CSA) certification
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification
- At least 2 years of experience implementing a specific ServiceNow module such as CMDB, HR, Employee Center Pro, ITSM, etc.
- Experience developing REST/SOAP API
