- Meet and exceed business goals for loan and insurance products
- Manage and own all channel businesses
- Recruit, retain, and lead off-roll employee teams
- Maintain portfolio delinquency metrics
- Handle customer escalations and complaints
- Monitor conversion, productivity, and data penetration metrics
- Engage with Credit, Operations, and Risk teams
- Oversee hygiene management and PDD collection
What you’ll bring
- 2-3 years direct or channel sales experience in loans
- Graduate degree
- Experience with CRM and lending systems like Salesforce.com and Finnone
- Ability to recruit and manage off-roll staff
- Strong team handling and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in data management and MS Office
