What you’ll do

• Achieve business goals across loan and insurance products
• Lead fulfillment and field activity on existing database
• Recruit, retain, and manage off‑roll employee team
• Maintain portfolio delinquency and monitor key metrics
• Handle customer escalations and complaints
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Risk teams
• Oversee hygiene management and PDD collection
• Track cases throughout the sales cycle

What you’ll bring

• Graduate degree
• 2-3 years direct or channel sales experience in loans
• Experience with insurance sales is a plus
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Finnone
• Ability to recruit and manage off‑roll staff
• Strong MS Office and data management skills
